Koite Health selected as Award Winner at the European Healthtech Inves

Finnish health technology group Koite Health was selected as Award Winner at the European Healthtech Investment Forum 2023. The 7th edition of the Forum gathered more than 200 applications. Out of all applicants 42 were selected to be presented in Helsinki.

Koite Health is a Finnish health tech company whose innovation, Lumoral, based on dual light therapy has revolutionized Finnish preventive dental care. The company's expert team consists of experienced doctors and technology experts. Founders Sakari Nikinmaa, Juha Rantala and Tommi Pätilä established Koite Health in September 2018.

Lumoral, developed by the company, is a teeth cleaning device that is used in addition to regular tooth brushing to prevent dental diseases and treat gum diseases. The device is suitable for everyone, but especially useful for those with gum diseases or cavities. Lumoral has been scientifically developed, and its antibacterial effect is well established. Lumoral is a class II medical and CE approved device.
